phgreat Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the phgreat platform in any capacity — whether as a guest visitor or a registered member — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the phgreat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and phgreat ("phgreat," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phgreat.xyz. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phgreat platform and close your account if one has been created.

To be eligible to register and use the phgreat platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phgreat, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by phgreat or any applicable gaming regulatory authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously had a phgreat account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

phgreat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phgreat may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the phgreat platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering for a phgreat account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine contact number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phgreat account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your phgreat account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Notify phgreat immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phgreat shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified phgreat of a security breach in a timely manner.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phgreat is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Accepted Philippine identification documents include SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, Driver's License, and UMID.

All financial transactions on the phgreat platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phgreat supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• phgreat does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are generally credited to your phgreat account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your phgreat account.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours.
• phgreat reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld if phgreat has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

phgreat may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phgreat reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion will specify its own wagering requirement (rollover), minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period. Players must satisfy all conditions before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• phgreat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.

All games available on the phgreat platform — including Mines Grand, Baseball, Fishing Yi Lu Fa, Crazy 777, Playtech Live, Jacks or Better, and Star Fishing — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of phgreat's commercial interests.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phgreat will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account.
• phgreat's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a game outcome was incorrect or that a technical error affected your wager, you must submit a dispute to phgreat's support team within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. phgreat will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within 5 business days.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phgreat platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to phgreat immediately;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the phgreat platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phgreat staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations;
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.

phgreat is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to restrict their gaming activity may contact phgreat's support team at any time to activate any of these tools. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

phgreat strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs age verification procedures at registration and during ongoing account monitoring. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source, minus any winnings derived from gameplay.

All content on the phgreat platform — including but not limited to the phgreat name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of phgreat or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phgreat platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phgreat content without prior written consent;
• Use the phgreat name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;
• Create derivative works based on phgreat's proprietary content;
• Use phgreat content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgreat, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phgreat platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on the phgreat platform;
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages.

The phgreat platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phgreat makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability and accuracy of information, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall phgreat's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phgreat account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phgreat collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the phgreat platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phgreat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.

You may close your phgreat account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phgreat's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players acknowledge that online gaming is regulated in the Philippines under the authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and agree to comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations in connection with their use of the phgreat platform.

phgreat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phgreat will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phgreat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
